Beef Cattle
Spring Valley Ranch has been raising high quality commercial Black & Red Angus & SimAngus cows and registered Simmental & Charolais bulls in our breeding program since their reintroduction in 2008. Over the course of the ranch's history, it was home to 300 head of mother cows in its hey-day. Today, the beef herd is a collection of home raised, locally grown and outside cattle from South Dakota, Idaho, Nebraska and Kansas.
