A Little About What We Have...
We offer a variety of APHA and AQHA registered foals sired by Krogs Fiddle Cat or BZ Flirtn NHollywood from our broodmares each year. Our breeding program focuses on quality using horses, just as the ranch's founder, W.L. Miller believed in. We strive for good minded, intelligent, athletic and correctly made. We invite you to contact us to ask questions or set up a time to come visit the ranch to take a look.

Our policy's for purchaseWe over the years have developed a few policies that are associated with the sale of our stock. We encourage anyone interested or having questions regarding this to contact Cassie (563) 379-6435 or Matt (563) 929-0046. We hope this does not deter any business or create hard feelings but it's for the benefit of both parties to know the seriousness of the purchase. Below are our current policies: Beginning in 2013 we required a non-refundable half down on any purchase of foal(s) or other stock. In the event of an act of God occurs or any serious injury from the payment date till pick up time or delivery date, a refund will be given or credit would apply. We require that the remainder of the balance be paid at the time of delivery or pick up. Beginning in 2014 all of the prices will include the cost of the transfer of the horse(s) who are completely paid for. This for the benefit of the new owner and for us. For foals we will also complete the registration and transfer. New owners are responsible for current membership to the association the transfer will be sent to. Additional information will be gathered for the transfer and/or registration and submitted. Horses traveling out of state will have health & coggins completed prior to leaving the ranch. In state purchases upon request. Please take notice that all horses from the ranch will have the ranch's registered freeze brand on the left shoulder. The brand can be viewed on the home page. We have had inquires for 6 panel testing of foals. Our policy is as follows: Any serious buyer can request to have a 6 panel completed. The cost incurred for the 6 panel testing, if n/n for all panel diseases, is absorbed by the buyer. If the foal is not n/n, the testing will not be added to the cost of the foal. |

Young Stock for Sale
2024 will be bringing foals out of our broodmares. Please review the brood mare page to see which mares were exposed to which stallion. Foals will begin coming in April 2023 We are excited to see what these crosses bring. As always foals, will be offered for sale. Please check back here or our Facebook page, Spring Valley Ranch, for current photos and listings! If you are not on social media we are also glad to send details other ways.

**Foals resulting from 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 breeding seasons sired by Grit are eligible for the IQHA Ranch Horse Stallion Breeders Futurity and Program. These foals must maintain their nominations in order to show.
** Foals resulting from 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 breeding seasons sired by Flint are eligible for the IQHA Ranch Horse Stallion Breeders Futurity and Program. These foals must maintain their nominations in order to show.
**Beginning in 2022, any foals sired by Grit or Flint who are yearlings thru 3-year-old in the futurity and older offspring in the Stakes Classes, will be eligible to participate in the Ranch Horse Extravaganza and Futurity. Check out the Facebook page to stay up to date on the latest!
